CELEBRATING GRADUATE Sunday, June 2
We are excited to celebrate our graduates on Sunday, June 2! For graduates of high school, college, technical school or military, please fill out the form or contact the church office with information.
Clarion, a duo with its foundations at the University of Northern Iowa, presents an incredible range of styles in their work. They have released three CDs and toured across the United States and in Europe. This concert, held at LCR, is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
Let us know how you would like to participate at LCR! You can sign up to volunteer, to participate in a group or Bible study, or let us know a special talent that you're willing to share with the church! Paper catalogs and sign up sheets are available at the church, or sign up online.
We need help with the LCR Raised Bed Gardens to grow ONE TON of food for the food pantry. If you’re interested in helping, please talk to Larry Edwards or contact the church office.
The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) has launched a call for donations to support the churches and people of Ukraine, who are fleeing their homes and seeking shelter, basic necessities such as food and water, following Russia’s military invasion of the country.
Lutheran Church of the Resurrection will collect donations and forward to Lutheran World Federation. Check and cash donations can be dropped off at the church - please mark "Ukraine" in the memo. You can also donate online using our "Donate" button - select "Ukraine" in the dropdown; or Venmo to @resurrectionlutheran; comment "Ukraine."
