Update to COVID 19 Policy: May 20, 2021; EFFECTIVE: May 29, 2021

The Church Council would like to thank everyone at LCR for their love of neighbor and goodwill as we’ve navigated this time of Covid-19.

As the CDC has updated their recommendations in regards to Covid-19 the Church Council has reassessed our policies around in-person gatherings.  As always these policies are subject to change as conditions warrant.

The following will be in effect as of May 29, 2021:

We will continue to promote social distancing for all our gatherings.    The wearing of masks for those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be optional.   All others—including children and those who are not vaccinated—should continue to wear masks while gathering at LCR.

Our children’s activities at LCR will continue to have a mask requirement for all participants including adult staff/volunteers regardless of vaccination status.

We respect that some will still desire to wear masks and we affirm those who choose to do so regardless of their vaccination status.  We are also committed to maintaining an online worship experience  and embrace our online community as full partners with us at LCR.  --Church Council, Lutheran Church of the Resurrection

Weekly Verse Challenge

How the weekly verse challenge works:
- On Sunday mornings, look for the verse of the week. It will be here, on the church website, our social media, and you can always find it at church!  It will also be in the Friday ENews, so you can get a sneak peek!
- During the week, learn the verse with your family
- On Sunday, check in at church and say the verse to Jessi, and pick out a great prize!

Please contact
Jessi@LCRMarion.org if you have any questions!
