Resurrection E-news: May 14, 2017

Dear members and friends of LCR,

This Sunday we will continue our five week sermon series on “The Power of Purpose” with a look at the purpose of Evangelism. I will share some thoughts in the sermon on the word evangel, which means good news; how someone changed my life by sharing the good news with me in college; offer a few thoughts on the rise of evangelists in the last century; and finish with a video clip from RightNow Media about Walt, whose life was changed through hearing and reading the good news. The Sunday School kids will sing 1-2-3 at the 9:45 and 11:00 services.

There are other upcoming events and opportunities that we want to alert you to through this weekly e-note. The monthly Crosstalk and our website ( provide more details on each topic.

Happy Mothers Day!

Pastor Dennis
