Small Group Ministry

Small Group Ministry at LCR
Lutheran Church of the Resurrection is working to strengthen and develop small group ministries throughout the community. Starting in the spring of 2011 an organizing team was established and research into the needs of the community was begun. New small groups will be formed in the early fall of 2011. Watch for more information in the Crosstalk newsletter, on the website and from announcements in worship. If you would like more information don’t hesitate to contact Ron Versteegh or Pastor Blair.

The Need for Community
All of us have a internal drive for some kind of community. We want to belong, to be part of something significant and to be contribute to the goals of that community. A small group cna be one of communities which address the relational needs seemingly common to all people.
