Dementia Caregivers’ Support Group
The Alzheimer’s Association’s Caregiver Support Groups help participants exchange practical information on caregiving problems and solutions, and encourage caregivers to maintain their own personal well-being. http://www.alz.org/
Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem. http://www.aa.org/
Boy Scouts of America
The Boy Scouts of America provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness. BSA believes that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society. http://www.scouting.org/
Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa
The mission of the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa is to create a better future through brain injury prevention, advocacy, education, research, and support. Currently, more than 3.1 million children & adults in the U.S. live with a lifelong disability as a result of Traumatic Brain Injury, and 6.4 million have a disability due to stroke.
